My 12GSA is bound for it's first service in the morning, I've give it a once over today and nothing is jumping at at me.
I've got a few questions to throw at the dealership, one being, is there a workshop manual covering this model?
I'll probably pick up a spare oil filter which I like to carry should the oil accidently become water contaminated (!).
Hopefully some Rallye Pro 2 kit should be in stock for me to try on/buy whilst I empty out the rest of my wallet's contents.
But, to be fair, I do not regret all the expense as this bike is tops. A machine with mile munching ability and not totally useless should the route become un-sealed.
Concidering it was a total gamble for me to purchase a new machine with no test ride or previous experience of BMW hardware, so far, apt from the front brake hiccup, it's not been bad at all.
Next month's France trip will be the first test piece for me, and once that's out of the way, I'll move further afield.
