Today was a day full of things I did for the first time (I feel like the small child that has to phone Chris Evans of an evening and 'fess up to something they have done for the first time)

Today was the first day I have ever driven a bike and....
NOT been cold,
NOT used my heated grips since I got them,
NOT worn my silk liner socks and gloves and
NOT have to go over sheet ice on the back road behind Oban
- oh and not been rained on,

didn't have to wash my bike down when i got home

I saw James Dean coming oot o' that wee village where Wully and Fruitcake bide.

At least I think it was James Dean. It was a really cool dude riding ane o' them Ewan McGregor style bikes. He was riding wi' his flip top lid fully retracted and smokin' a fag.
