I was so distraught at the thought of missing my chowder we took a wee trip to Carlingford for dinner today... You know it's good stuff when you can stand a spoon in it

I think at this stage I should issue a stage one knob alert. Went out to 'get some petrol' and ended up in Glendalough. Lots of bimblers and one bloke saw me but pulled out anyway. ABS works anyway.

I have been carrying a bad back and left knee this past few weeks and am taking lots of drugs but am still not strong enough to be out on the bike unfortunately but I will take a run over to Carlingford in the car to meet youse and eat some fish'n'chips.
