I remember going to that in the early eighties....well I kinda remember it.
I do remember travelling all the way back in the dark to Kilkenny, between two other bikes. If I put anything more than parking lights on, the battery died.

Some details for Sunday :
Meeting up in Topaz on Tallaght By-pass (N80) for a bit of
& tyre kicking before we head off at 10.00.
First stop will be the TLC Cafe beside SuperValu in Bunclody. Plan is to be there shortly before midday & leave shortly after midday. Anyone that wants to meet up (Vireo ?, Cracker ?) can hang out there.
Lunch stop is Dooly's, The Strand, Tramore (handy run out for the PRC boyos
)
As you might expect we won't be doing this thing on motorways - the run down is largely boreen & minor roads while the run home will have more R roads included.
The usual T&C's apply :
Full tank, empty bladder at the start
Drop-off system all the way
Newbies are more than welcome (make a nice change from seeing the same oul faces
)
And as the small print at the bottom says :
Members attending any such event do so at their own risk.
