Over center catches pull the lid onto a waterproof rubber seal.

Outside dimentions are, 15" high, 17" long and 10 1/2" wide, excluding the lids.
Over center catches are lockable with a padlock, and the loop is made from spring steel.
The wheelbarrow has been that way since I reversed into it,
it does go round left hand bends better than to the right.
If they were stolen tonight I would order another pair, I wouldn't be able to afford it, but I would still order them.
