No idea Richard; on the newer bikes many are opting for Gear Shift Assist/Gear Shift Pro which can be used for both up & down shifting.
I have a TransLogic QS fitted specific to my GS, which is for up shift only.
Depending on model ! If you mean the WC it was only an option on 2014 onward bikes and i would think majority of buyers are opting for this option now, being a factory fit .
If you mean the early bikes ie hexheads, then i doubt there's only a handful on here if that !
I also fitted a translogic to a 2013 WC and when i disposed of the bike i fitted the same shifter to my TC .

I have fitted the complete de-chatted system on mine with the flapper valve thingy removed and fitted one of those air on plugin thingys too, have you tried it with baffle removed ? Now that's loud ��

Full titanium Acra with twin shotgun cans. Looks and sounds stunning with a proper rip. But I couldn't live with the noise so now has ordinary 30mm dB killers spaced to fit centrally into the 48mm outlets. Much easier to live with but still sounds great.
The joints were all lubed up per instructions when fitted When I took it off for frame de rusting the pipe joints were all solid. But it's gone back fine and looks/sounds the dog's bits.
The Remus header with its angled pipes is a goodie but the Akra twin cans work only with their own headers.

I can't seem to find a cat in my system so I'm guessing it's gone that way too. I also have a power commander 3 (god knows what it does though) it growls like a good un and pops and bangs on the down change. Music to my ears
The CAT is in the factory front pipes, lardy bit before the fit to the silencer or flappy bit depending on the model.

Yes it is a sweet sound, although ive not tried it with the baffle removed yet. My bike is a 2013, 90th Anniversary GSA. It was a pre reg when i bought it in Sep 2013 it was reg in June and had zero miles on the clock, bought from Cooper BMW Sunderland.

Very nice Neil but im Scottish mate and i didnt want to spend the money on an overpriced Acra can. So i thought £246 delivered was a good price for what i wanted. I purchased the link pipe from a fellow tosser who had bought it and not used it and i did away with the flappy valve thingy.
I won't disagree with you about the price Delboy which was why I was interested in yours however my daughter's best mate's dad is the parts manager at our BMW dealer so he took pity on me and as they had one in stock, managed to do me a very good price. Still not as cheap as the Leovince but too good not to ask Santa to dig deep........

I look forward to hearing your opinion on yours but don't wax too lyrical as I might regret my purchase.
Pissing down today so not venturing out. Forecast is better tomorrow so will go for blast to see how it goes. My only other performance mod is the accelerator module so I'm interested to see how fast I can get to 40mph
