Fitting Autocom speakers into System 4 helmet?

I'm having some difficulty following Autocom's instructions for installing speakers into my System 4 helmet, see extract here.

The instructions refer to two sets of velcro flaps, 'A' and 'B'. I can only find one set which is roughly where 'B' is.

The text under figure 1 says, "fit speakers in the ear pockets under the velcroed flaps," but I can't find anything that looks like an ear pocket.

Any ideas?

Tim, I have had an autocom for years, excellent bit of kit. just got some ultimate ear monitors, linked to the autocom.The difference is well worth the cost.

he easiest way to fit autocom in system 4 is to dismantle the helmet. Remove the visor and chin bar. Then unclip 2 poppers and pull off neck guard from back. This will reveal both flaps. You will have to poke about with your finger inside to free off the material from the cut in section designed for speakers as excess glue always gets there. Fit the speaker with the grills facing the front of the helmet. They are visable under the speaker covers which are not really needed. You can then route the wiring in the edge of the recess, hidden away when you refit the neck cushion.

Look near the top of the page where you should see a blue box with "ultimate" in it. Click on it.

Varying pages and information will let you know that they cost about £150 including an adapter for the autocom headset. On a 1200 GS with a BMW sportintegral helmet and going through an Autocom I have Betty Boo (2610) on at level 1, and that's the lowest it'll go! And it's still almost too loud. The extension does have a volume control though.

Have to agree about the Ultimate Monitors. They really are the dogs bollocks. I have a system 4 used with these. It is far better sound than even inside the car.
