Fitting instructions for crash bars on 2013 LC

Can anyone point me in the right direction getting some fitting instructions for the BMW crash bars on a 2013 LC? I got some second hand ones off eBay but no instructions and I'm slightly puzzled how the bars fit on the 'top' fixing point so to speak. Any help would be appreciated - and yes I am mechanically challenged!
