can anyone recommend a thread or give any helpfull instructions on fitting motech upper and lower crash bars

I recently acquired some SW lower bars from this place to replace my standard BumWee bars and although they didn't come with any instructions, it's pretty bleedin' obvious where everything goes.

My only snag at the first attempt was that I didn't have exactly the right length of 10mm bolt and the right spacers and washers to get the alignment spot on the way I wanted. So I popped the old bars back on and left it till another day. Not a hard job though.
