Fitting rear ohlins ...

I'm just in the process of buying a rear ohlins set-up for an ADV.

a) How difficult is it to fit?
b) How much of the bike has to come apart?
c) Is ther anything difficult to access?
d) Are there any specialist tools needed?

If I remember right

Seat off, rear wheel off, and I took exhaust off very easy to do, torque wrench is handy
