Fitting Remus Headers, help required

Hi
Bought new headers but on looking to remove original headers it looks very tight. Do I need to remove anything before removing the headers or is it just a fiddly job? Any advice graetfully received.

Hi,
I did this last year, I tried completing it with everything in place, never again. I ended up removing the radiator to make life real easy. Believe me its far easier to make space.

Hello and welcome , I also had a remus , now something different anyhow.

If you remove bottom radiator mounts the unit will swing forward, and then a side panel removed will gain further access. get the access that you need!

depends if you have surgeon hands or bear mitts, fortunately I had a hand, in the help of a good friend
