Fitting RT Handlebars to a 1250 RS

My Brother-in-Law is considering selling his 1190 Adventure & T509 Speed Triple and is looking at buying an R1250 RS

All the bikes he's seen are fitted with the one piece wing style handlebar rather than the R style top clamp/handlebar arrangement that some RS model now come with as an option.

He's really looking for a used bike rather than new and it just dawned on me today whilst looking at my 2015 RT that the RT bars might fit the RS all be it with the longer RT hoses etc

So my question is. Is anyone aware of somebody doing just this ?

would he be interested in a r1250rs se dec 2023 at present showing 5000 miles it is fitted with the black flat bars in pritine condition

& an up/back riser too - doubtless AliX traders will replicate it, at a fraction of the cost.

BTW, the best colour has to be Imperial Blue, on the Exclusive model ......... just saying.
