Well looking at this excellent offering i wanted to take a deeper look but the link says i need to upload a more modern browser. Given the post is from 07 this seems a little weird. Im sure i am not that out of date!

I have a BMW OEM Adventure top box mount and a box. One of the locks needs replacing but price would reflect this. PM me if you want pictures.
Thanks but I have the givi box and the plastic mounting plate. Just wondering what else is needed to fit the plastic plate to the adventure rack. Givi appear to do conversions for the gs but that has a different rack

I got the universal base plate for my non adventure 1150 only because it was cheaper than the specific 1150 plate and it worked a treat.

It won’t fit a 1150/1100GS rear rack as it’s Adventure specific which has a longer & larger rack
Just read here that it might. What is the price with the mount?
Looking at a top box for my 1100 , has anyone managed to fit the ally Adventure from thee 1150 to one ? The rack on the 1100 is short so I guess a conversion mounting plate is needed . Or am I left with just getting a Givi ? Cheers Chaps
