2007 Blue silver FJR 1300A on the market. Just under 8k miles, but will increase. Yamaha top box as well as the stock panniers. Three keys (Inc the red one).
5 speed gearbox. Excellent condition. Never failed an mot, nor had advisories. Both books, with dealer stamps.Three keepers, two owners including me. Basically, it was registered by the dealer and bought by the previous owner the next day.
Tyres done about 1k miles. Recent oils, Inc diff, filters and plugs renewed
An unmolested example of a super tourer. Only selling as I've decided to get a new Honda NT1100 and I don't have the space.
HPI clear.
Looking for £5250.

What a fantastic example Wag. These are competent machines are real mile munchers. Great buy for someone wanting to do long tours and/or commutes on a low outlay budget.
Good luck with the sale.

Thanks RomeoT. It is a fab bike, and if it doesn't sell, then I'll reassess whether I really need a new Honda. I've got plenty of time.

Used to have a 57 plate..was lovely but her indoors wanted adventure type bike...Grrr. Yours looks fab and mega low miles too. GLWS

Can you confirm if you have done any preventative maintenance due to its age like change the rubber brake lines or anything else.

A nice clean bike, but difficult to put a value on. I can understanding asking a top price due to low miles and condition
but will be interesting to know what the market decides. I've ridden a few of these on blood bike work, they have a lighter feel and more manageable than say an ST1300.

It's at the yamaha dealers, I've had the brakes stripped and cleaned, new clutch, brake, and coolant fluid put in, as well as a general safety check.
Due to the earlier lack of response, until now, I thought it might not sell, so I had this done as general maintenance, incase I decided to keep it.

I rode these bikes professionally in the noughties, they are still as quick as anything on the market now. And, they have exceptional comfort for all day riding.
I hope I'm not talking myself out of getting the NT1100!!

Hi. FSH? Where are you? I'm in London.

Midlands based.
I'll be doing a few images for another enq (as soon as I get home) I can dm them to you if you wish

Thread locked, any interest, please DM me.
Thanks all.

ALL STOP!!
The bike hasn't sold. So I went to check out the NT1100 with the intention of putting deposit on one, and chopping the fjr in. No availability to test one, being sold as a 2026 model, but we all know its a 2025 remnant: they're the same spec.
But, you know, life isn't all about the newest bike and the best technology.
Having ridden the fjr for the last few weeks in all weathers. It's sure footed, ultimately reliable, returning well over 50 mpg, and more than willing 🤣 to take your licence at any moment!
So, I'm keeping it at the moment.
PLEASE CLOSE THREAD
