I fitted the larger Adventure (I think they're 31L or is it 33L?) tank to my non-Adv 1150 a couple of years ago but could never find a 31L fuel level sender for sale. No problem, I just reset the trip counter each time I fill up and keep an eye on the mileage. However, I've managed to get another 21L standard sender with arm and float from a fellow member of the parish and I plan to modify the arm length to get a (slightly) more accurate fuel gauge. Therefore, can anyone tell me the correct length of a 31L Adventure float arm, please? Any pics showing it's shape, bends, etc would be fantastic.
