floating disc doesn't float

Today I had a look at the front discs and found out that one of the washers between bobbin and disc deformed and went between the hole and the bobbin locking the disc.

The torx bolt was tighten to the correct torque (24Nm) and I used loctite 243 when I replaced the bobbins and bolts a couple of months ago. Bike's brembo 1150. Has this happened before? Can't figure out how it can happen...

if the only thing that has happened is that you did something earlier - then you've only got yourself to blame.

it can't happen on its own, can it ?

I had something similar (I noticed it after I had been riding over rough ground), but instead of it getting stuck it dissapeard, only the washer, the bolt was still fast. I actually lost a couple, so my disk not only floated, it swam

Took it to Oxford BMW, they did say it is not un-common.
