Flywheel 1150

I have an issue with the flywheel on my 1150 '53 plate, where some of the teeth have worn, I know I need a new one.
the question is I have been offered a 2002 flywheel from an engine that has done 98k, if all the teeth are fine would this be ok? I am guessing it should be as they have no moving parts, am I right or just mental?
anyways should I buy it?

How many miles had yours done ? Cost vs a new one ?

the one i could get is £40 new is £200ish

Since you're able to see both flywheels and say that the one you've been offered doesn't have much wear on the teeth, that's the one I'd go for

in the interests of knowledge, why are the teeth worn? dodgy starter?
