Well, last year we had Hungarian Beef on Friday night, and Hunter's Chicken on the Saturday night.
It started like this -
Spend a couple of days marinading in red wine -
And was consumed in a flash! There were even extras!
So, what would you like to have this year?
I thought maybe of a Malaysian Beef Randang with rice for one evening?
or a Chicken Tagine with couscous?
Maybe a summer vegetable risotto for the meat decliners?
Any other suggestions or requests?

I'm just about done with them for now but, have been invited for dinner on Wed's and asked how to flavour a good tagine.
