About 6.5-7miles along the road is the Redburn Coffee Shop, run by Adam and Jane.
Much is homemade bakery, excellent, and very good coffee.
Plus as a bonus, they are very much a biker friendly owners.
Thoroughly recommend you take some time out here on your journey.

We stopped there a couple of years ago and I got the impression the owners at that time were looking to sell the business.
It's a wonderful location and I have made a mental note to stop there again.
If you want to know more about the conservation work being done in the area, the Trees for Life visitor centre is about 1 mile to the east.

Passed this place, G & R Corgarff many times, on route to the Lecht Ski Centre. Last month stopped and went in for a tea and lovely slice of Orange Carrot cake.......was heaven!
Great service at table, many bikers choosing as a watering hole, along with tourists happening upon it.

Easy, large parking area, one thing to note, the entrances are wide, but I would recommend using the same entrance also for exiting by the flagpole, the one further up the road is on a sweeping right hand bend 60mph.

Regular stopping off point for me. David, Linda and the team are very friendly and it’s a great place to soak in the views and listen to the Curlews
