Hi all,

can you recommend rubber insoles for the factory foot pegs of the GS ADV 2015....if there are no footpeg rubbers which come to mind, then aftermarket pegs with rubber inserts will fit the bill...

what do you recommend?

Good question, i was going to post something similar as my GSA pegs are starting to cut into my boots. I've been looking around and was thinking of buying the Wunderlich ones that nippy normans do , not cheap, but being Wunderlich will be well made. I didn't want to go down the route of replacing the pegs unless i had to.

I'll watch with interest if anyone recommends something more suitable and/or cheaper.

I’ve just fitted the Wunderlich rubbers to my new 23 GSA. I never rode it without and I’ve only done 130 miles but im pleased with them.
They look well made, are a good size, are easy to fit and are not at all slippy like the ones on my previous GS.
I thought the pegs , rider and pillion on the GS were poor.

Buy the spring mounted BMW rubber footpegs instead…Worth the money ! So is the shift lever…! Much more precise and better looking !

Cymarc....not rubber but do the job well for £40 a set

Had these on my bike(s) for about 45k miles and still look like new

I was thinking I could mill myself a pair of these from some Delrin I have...

I have the Wunderlich foot peg covers on my GSA (actually the second GSA they’ve been on). After approx 30000 miles, the left one is showing a little wear from gearchanges, but the right is still like new. More importantly, the soles of my Daytona boots are still like new.

Thanks for that, very useful.

If i could get that sort of mileage i'm not fussed about the price. Do they change access to the gear change with them sitting on top or is it noticeable after a few miles.

No noticeable difference in gear change action, as they only raise the pegs by a matter of a few mm.
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy them again.

That's good news. I'll be getting them ordered and hopefully save my boots from as much hammer.

guys, ordering the wunderlich product = there seems to be a consensus developing :)

You wont go wrong with Wunderlich, always good quality and i've got plenty of their other stuff on my bike and i'm pleased with all of it.
