Heartbleed affects SSL encryption ie https. ukgser doesn't use https so it doesn't affect it. Your password has always been in plain text so can be stolen. Most forums are the same to be fair.
This is why you should have different passwords for every site.

The HeartBleed test only works where you have an https:// web address. Most of the sites I have tested (Amazon, PayPal, On-Line Banking, etc). seem to have been patched already. It's probably the smaller sites with https (encrypted) web address that should be a worry until they patch.
