She has 12 months MOT and has just had a dealer service at Williams. Motoz Tractionator GPS tyres front and back. Great tyres with loads of tread left.

Touratech pannier frames
Puig tall screen with adjustable deflector
Also included:
Original screen
Original pillion grab bars
Adventure Spec rear rack
I was going to include some Wolfman soft panniers but I can’t bloody find them. I'll keep looking.
White, which is clearly the best colour of F800GS, a conclusion I came to after seeing one parked in the sunshine outside a bank in Johannesburg in about 2011.
I bought her from a chap on this forum in 2012 after previously having an 1100 and 1200. I had an idea an 800 would be better off-road than a boxer, which was true but after a few trails in the dales I realised I didn’t like off-road motorbiking as much as I like mountain biking. For the last ten years all my off roading has been pedal-powered and she’s had an easy life in my garage, with a few trips a year to Scotland and Wales, and a week in the Pyrenees last year, all on tarmac.
Initially I had her serviced by Adventure Bike Warehouse in Manchester. After that I serviced her myself, but not every year on account of doing very little mileage. I’ve just had her serviced by Williams to bring her up to date. If you’re interested I can send a link to the Williams visual health-check video. In short, the chain and sprockets are starting to show signs of wear, there are a few scuffs on the rear rim, the pannier rack and the engine bars. Apart from that all good.
The scuffs on the engine bars and pannier rack were from a low speed washout on gravel in Yockenthwaite just after I bought her. The scratches on the rear rim were from going up the baby’s head section of Salter Fell which made me question my life choices.
I'll be sorry to see her go, but I'm back on a boxer and I need the garage space.
I’m based in Greenfield, near Oldham.
