What about the other Modification?

The anti-speed camera device look effective, if a little crude. When you going to get revolving plates like Mr Bond ?? :D

This is something I am actually looking into - not revolving plates but something that will be effective against rear facing cameras that involves physically hiding the identification in a split second. :dabone to gatsos!

You mean like this

Similar - the one I saw (a few years ago) simply folded the bottom of the number plate up to the top by means of a hinge along the middle.

Grand trousers,

I am currently looking into purchasing the twin exhaust from Zorstec. Can you tell me how you got on with it?

looks good

any chance of a pic further out showing the full system?

Teddy / hops - further pictures for your delectation. Zorstec can be contacted by typing www.zorstec.com or by telephone on 01274 587004 (mobile 07870 406482). Please let Andy know that you saw the information on this site :thumb

Whats the situation with panniers? I have BMW system panniers and wondered if they would fit around the exhaust, looks the mutts BTW :thumb :thumb

Ironically the left hand hand pannier (the one that normally burns) fits, but the right hand pannier sticks "inwards" a bit more. I am pretty sure if you take your bike with panniers attached to Zorstec this fabricating god will come up with a solution.

Pat,

Zorstec have quoted £550 plus another £80 for road legal silencers, what ever they are.

Grand trousers,

I was wondering what they sound like, are they better than the Remus Revolution on a 'Y' piece and do they sound like the BoxerCup with race Laser system, that I did like!

Loud pipes saves lives - But then again so do good brakes!!

This thread http://www.ukgser.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54597 pretty much says it all. My main criteria was not attracting attention from the boys in blue and these pipes definitely would not do that. Everyone who has heard them, comments on the lovely rich noise they produce.
As mentioned in the thread, they are as quiet (if not quieter) at constant motorway speeds, than a standard can without a cat fitted. To make them road legal I believe Zorstec can supply baffles and the necessary plates which are riveted on with the BS type approval number. I would recommend you listen to the system fitted on your bike without baffles before you make a further decision.
There is some legal reason that prevents Zortsec from fitting the type approval plates on cans supplied without baffles.
And now for my next thread.........................................................................
Things to do with pop rivet guns.................. :D
