Fork Oil (really)

Can anybody tell me how much fork oil to put in each leg, 2000 1150GS that is ?

In the 4 valve Haynes manual it says 470cc for the 1100GS etc, is the same amount ?

the bmw manual says .47 litre for a 00 gs
