Being a lazy bastard ,does any of you chaps know the amount of Fork oil in a r80 st ,just emptied them put a set of progressive springs in as Id just done the steering head bearings and had it all stripped anyway built it back up and haynes are telling me 20 - 50 mm above the bits at the bottom ,could anyone give me a acurate amount as I cant be arsed takeing the top fork nuts off again for a look (chucked the old oil out so cant measure it) .
