When I changed from my last GS800 to R1200 telelever front forks it was not a big change, I was OK with the Upside down forks of 2012. I was expecting the White power forks to be better but its come as a bit of a shock to find quite how poor they are. Apart from lots of money the only solution seems to be a change of springs and oil.
I was suspecting a fault in the forks, now its run in I gave it a good run over a rough north Yorkshire road and at the end I thought the front tyre was flat, it was picking up every groove and bump in the road and transferring through the bars. After letting the bike stand for half an hour it seems OK again.
