Thanks Nigel, I checked out the routes and they seem to work just fine, I guess Friday will be the time to see for sure. I take it you are coming along so that I can buy you a beer or two? I've also managed to add some music to my TT but sadly ran out of space, how do I add music to a memory card and make it accessible as part of the TT I wonder?

Have fun on the jaunt, im gutted i missed the chance to join you, saw the thread to late and twas fully booked
that'll teach me for not looking at the open invite page.
Drive careful and hope the weather stays good, but keep out of the sun without a hat on... im sure you will all have fun, the one day jaunt went seemlessly, so much so that i think i asked more questions than Tom

Top tour - just shy of 1,000 miles in four days with Mrs ChasMill on the back and no complaining! Mega hot just to add to the excitement.

I would like to thank everyone who was on the trip. I had a brilliant time for my first "proper" European trip. Although it was a tad hot on Sunday!

Hi Tom,
It wasn't by design I promise you.
To confirm our telcon. of this afternoon from the Eurotunnel.
As you know, people were keen to depart at 09:00 - wheels rolling - if not earlier.
At breakfast you said you would leave with us if you could get your act together. I tried to call you from outside the hotel front door at about 08:55 from ChasMill's phone to see if you were coming. Zippo answer but I left a message.... Somewhere between the garage and the reception you missed us or we missed you.
We had an unscheduled stop at Chateau-Thierry, for coffee, for about 45 minutes. That is where you overtook us, arriving at the train ahead of us..... It is the town that is overlooked by the giant WW1 US war memorial:
We pulled in about 300 yards of the ring road, just where the ring road starts.
Still, as you said, no harm done.
Thanks for being a good tourist. Glad you enjoyed your day at the champagne cellars, too.

PS Many thanks for being a good sport and ordering the Chinese meal for us on Sunday. I guess you will have to wait a bit longer for the Andouillette

NCP did the same.... It's quite a fashion trend you seem to have started. It didn't rain on him either.
