That's advanced training for ya. They're all up their own arses & spend hours discussing the finer points of left or right foot down etc.

99% are Police rider wannabes or hasbeens living the dream.

Do it once then steer well clear & go enjoy your biking instead of letting it take over your life. It's a hobby FFS.

And North Wales? After the way they treat people they can tow the place down to the Falklands & do a swap with folk who'd appreciate human company

I really enjoyed it... the second day. the first day i had some patronising old man who basically said i was shit but it wasn't too bad for a girl I was in a ball of rage by the end of the first day and was contemplating just f*ckin it off and heading home. my own stubborness made me stay. luckily the second i had a fun observer who was helpful and encouraging.

Sorry you had such a 'bad' experience on the first day - if you wish to, please pm me with some details, so that we can put a stop to such things happening again. Good that the 2nd day was OK !!

Genuinely helpful when I phoned, tagged the weekend onto the end of a weeks touring later this year, perfect!

I have just done saturday with the bikesafe and it was truely excellent. Its done by alot of people who have learnt to ride safely one way or the other and are willing to give up their own time to educate others on staying safe. Egos didnt come into to it, just purely the passion to give something back to others SPOT ON.
On sunday i did the First Biker On The Scene course and again done very professionally, taking the time to make sure everyone (whatever their abilities or worries) understood and learnt the right way.

CANT RECOMMEND THIS ENOUGH TO ANYONE.
