Free CAD software?

Can anybody recommend a free CAD program? It doesn't have to be anything fancy. I just need to do a couple of working drawings that I can send via email. All straight lines, no curves, but do need to include measurements.

If you need anything more involved Ian then you may just know somebody who can give you a copy of Autocad
