Can't find any 1150 GS ref to this problem so be grateful if anyone can help.
The problem is brake oil seepage from the front brake nipple. After replacing the copper washers on the top end banjo I bled the brakes, but noticed a small seepage out of the top of nipple, so I changed said nipple but it still it is happening. This can't be normal can it??
Any suggestions that might help!!
Thanks

Clean off the brakes inc hoses & pipe, hold the brake lever on (zip tie to bar) and watch.
I had a problem this year coming back from france turned out the speedo cable rubbed through the the brake pipe ( metal one over the mudgaurd), the fluid ran down the speedo cable and the brake hose and covered the n/s caliper. Just a thought.

Sorry dint read post properly, you say its from the nipple again, doh.
Check the treads ok and its tightening up enough had a renault t'other that the treads had sripped in the caliper and it wouldn't tighted 100%, retapped and new nipple sorted it..

I would guess either dirt in the caliper stopping the bleed nipple sealing properly, or damage to the tapered seat caused by the previous presence of dirt.

Remove the nipple completely and check it for damage to the taper. Then check the seat in the caliper for damage/dirt
