anyone help me after bike been away a few days when i get it out front brake lever pulls back to bars im on a 56 plate no abs

It should be simple as you haven't got ABS. If the lever pulls back to the bars and pumping doesn't do anything you have air in the system and need to bleed the brakes. The only problem is, you have to work out how this has happened - air in equals fluid out so you should look for leaks.

Strange that it has just happened with no interference.

Got no leaks chap. Do you think it could be seal in master cylinder ?

Check carefully around the hose from master cylinder to distribution block/front lower yoke. The swaged ferrules on the hose are prone to cracking, two recalls from the manufacturer (along with replacement banjo bolt for earlier models of 1200 to improve braking).
