why do you want to replace it ????
is it corrosion ?? if so , try repainting it with wurth paint and acid etch primer . better still , remove it and have it powder coated ...
if it's damaged and needs replaced then disregard this answer
Just picked up a 2nd hand cover from Motorworks for £30. Reckon on £25 to blast and powder coat it and then, say, 1 1/2 hrs labour (that's for numpty me to do it so a garage should be less) Oh, and a new seal is a tenner.
I'll then blast and powder coat my old one and sell it on. So, nice cheap job, especially if you fit it yourself.
I seem to remember the dealer saying it was about £250 for a new one fitted. If you pay for it, you should get a 2yr warranty on the part. If you use your bike in winter, you should then get another one every year for the next two years. So you'd get three for £250 I think!!
