that's it out now. it seems it was stuck in the side-stand bracket that the bolt also runs through, as well as that part of the frame. washers and relentless hammering finally got it.

borrow a hot air gun warm it up spray with penetrating oil then leave it it to sock in then warm again spray again leave it to cool down takes a while but should work good luck
