Okay, I've searched and skipped past the 20 or 30 similarly entitled threads for the 1200... and have to ask.....
I have a Quest GPS and want to make it a little more secure so I can unplug it and remove the Ram Mount leaving only the bottom ball on the 'bars...... as in scummy London the B'stards will nick anything and removing the entire cradle my stump them!
- Is there a connector already provided by BMW to fit a socket?
- Is there a socket you would remommend? BMW? Other?
- Is there an ideal no holes drilled place to locate the socket within easy reach of the 'bars oop front?
