front sargent seat only on GSA

Hi all,

Has anyone else used this set up.

I got my low front sargent seat the day before going to the Central massive but it doesn't fit correctly with the GSA rear seat, i did use it and it saved my bum from severe torture as on my 300 mile previous trips to the Ardennes the original seat.

Basically the GS and GSA seat on the new LC are not the same, as on previous models, the GSA has pointier ends and so rubs on the sargent seat and also leaves a large gap. I did try my mates GSLC rear seat on it and it is better but far from perfect.

Im going to call Calamander on monday and did send these crappy pics taken in the dark before i left but no reply as of yet

would be interested in your thoughts and pics if you are using a sargent on any LC models

in Pic 2 the gap looks constant ..im taking it you have the pillion seat in the forward position and not the rear one ?

Hope this helps a bit. Front standard Sargent fitted to my 2013LC, with OE rear seat. Front is in the higher position. Apologies for the crap pic quality, just let me know if you need any different angles.

Thanks for that, the standard height sargent is obviously much taller at the rear of the seat meaning it does not show the gap as much and just seams to fit, in addition the standard rear GS seat does not have the pointed ends like the GSA seat.

The Sargant has been made for the GS, so would be keen to see the low version of it on a GSA

the gap is constant along the back of the seat, but rubs on pointed ends, it is in the rear position, it will not fit any other way.
