front suspension changing?

i want to change the set up for front suspension to a softer one,but i cannot turn it as tha manual says..

any one with an idea or a special way ???

Perhaps it is already at its softest setting? If not, it should be very easy to change. Is this a new bike? It takes a while for the front shock to bed-in. Until then, it can seem much too stiff, even on the softest setting.

yes,it's a new bike. but i cannot even change the setting !!
