Front wheel bearings and seals

Anyone have the bearing numbers and dust seal sizes to hand? And recommendations for a good brand? Even my BMW dealer admitted the ones they supply aren't the best, but they have no choice. I think the bearings are the same both sides but the seals differ.

I seem to go through a lot. But I think this is due in part to wear on the aluminium spacer on the LH side, which I'll now replace (it's been reversed). To be fair, bike now has 77k on the clock and a fair few of these miles have been hard!

BTW It's a 2006 GSA.

the bearings that bmw supply and fit are shite,i have had two sets in within the space of 6000 miles,they are utter shit,the first i noticed was grease all up my crud catcher,i eventually put some skf ones in from the local bearing specialist ,i took the old ones in for him to match up ,sorry i cant remember the sizes but they were a comon size the guy said,oh and the ones i took out were stamped made in poland.
