The wheel is off a 1150 GSA.
Any recommendations as to how to get them out ?
There's hardly any lip between the inner spacer and the bearing to get a purchase for the drift to knock them out ?

Also what's the best method once there out to refit ?

In the past I've screwed a big rawl bolt into a bearing until it's tight. Then beat it out from the blind side.:D for refit leave the replacement bearings the freezer for a few hours and heat the hub with a heat gun. Use a socket that rests on the outer race to tap them in if necessary. Don't forget to insert the spacer tube before doing the second bearing :D
