Is there a special tool I need? To remove the spindle,And does anyone know where I can get it from?
Cheers in advance

The spindle is 22mm and the caliper torque is 30nm. My spindle tool is a 22mm bolt with a couple of nuts spot welded to it so I can get a spanner on it![]()

For the terminally fussy get them calibrated every 2 years.

Torque wrench is not necessary. Just nip it all up. Brake calipers, pinch bolts, front axle, rear wheel nuts.

)Or get your employer to do it whilst their tools are being done.![]()
Have you got a socket set? If so, use the head of a spark plug socket (in backwards) with a long shaft in from the other side.
Cheers for the replies guys do any of you know the toque values for:
Caliper bolts = Caliper mounting bolts: Front are 30nm / Rear are 24nm
Pinch bolts = Front axle pinch bolt = 19nm
& spindle = 50nm
In Nm
