I only have the "small" toolkit. Anyone know where I can buy a 21mm hex key for spindle removal? (BMW dealership suggested Halfords - but drew a blank there)

a box spanner with an outside diameter of 21mm?
or...
a 21mm headed bolt with two nuts (to lock together) to create the required insert - then use a socket / adjustable to turn the locked nut?
