When you take the fuel filter out what clips hold the hose in and out to the filter its self?

Are you talking about the actual hose clamps? IIRC they are the horrible BM ones the same as everywhere else on the fuel lines (on an 1150). I replaced them with proper clamps when I moved my filter to a position outside of the tank.
