Set off on Sunday with fuel light on, and 20 miles to go!
Filled up to the brim at local station and I was on my way

After 120 miles I switched computer to miles to go & was informed I had 100 miles left, which was bang on the money in my book. From that moment on the range started climbing, and after 185 miles I still had 207 miles left & full bars on the gauge?

I filled up with 16.5 litres to the brim again, and reset the average speed / MPG functions.
The 80 miles home it stayed on 207 miles to go & only started to drop about 10 miles from home when I caned it.
It is now on 192 to go after 80 miles which is almost possible bearing in mind I took it steady home in the dark on Sunday night.
So whether there was a problem or still is a problem remains to be seen?
The question I want to ask is shall I get the dealer to re-calibrate it or is it just not worth the hassle & live with it . . I don't think they will replace it as it's not bust?
One other question; Like I said I put 16.5 litres in, so tank probably not empty enough to knock the light on?
Would the fuel light still come on EVEN if the gauge has a full house of bars & the range showing 200m to go?
