Fuel gauge issue: 1150GS Adventure

Fuel gauge no longer working on my 1150, temp gauge & clock working fine.

Fuses okay, connector on r/h side plugged in, had just filled up, is there anything else I can check whilst I do enough miles to empty the tank?

Check to see if the float in tank is stuck

Check the tank connector for corrosion.

Unplugging it and plugging it a few times may clear any corrosion on the contact mating surfaces.
