Like so many others, my hammy fists have broken one of my stubs (plastic). Lots of people have asked..... Tom Parker Pneumatics supply these to the Triumph factory: BRASS COUPLING INSERTS - IN-LINE - VALVED - HOSE BARB 8mm

This is the male section that breaks. Part number: cLCD220-05V TUBING SIZE: 5/16" ID, METRIC EQ.: 7.9 mm ID

At the time of writing they are £18.34

This link should take you to the correct page on their catalogue, where you can find Female, Male and Elbow versions in either plastic (BUT MAKE SURE YOU GET PART NUMBER WITH A 'V' for VITON) or chromed brass.

I hope that helps a few folks out. :thumby:

Motorworks also supplies the recommended brass replacements as reluctantly agreed-to by the Greedy Berlin Pig. So as you say, it's only the MALE half of the QD that fails.
