If anything goes wrong with my bike it always seems to happen when I am miles from home and all my tools
This morning I am riding through the middle of Royal Liverpool Golf Course (on the tarmac!) when I smell petrol. I look down and see petrol pumping out on the right side. I remove seat and little side panel thing, praying it isn`t coming from under the tank. Thankfully it is the short hose from one of the QD connectors to the rigid pipe. As I removed the pipe I found it was pushed well onto the rigid pipe so I thought I may be able to get away with a quick fix. I cut off the end where the hole was, keeping it as long as possible, and refitted it. Luckily it was JUST long enough to go back on the rigid pipe far enough for the jubilee clip to work. Why can`t all breakdowns be so easy
