Fuel tank hose connections 1100gs

Having disconnected the hoses from my tank sender unit, I'm now ready to re-connect and re-assemble with quick detach fittings. Could someone confirm which hose goes to which connector.....just to be doubly sure.

Output to top rigid pipe / return to lower rigid

Switch them to opposite sides on the hoses, so that you can't connect them up the wrong way around whenever you remove the tank in the future -

Unless your fitting touratech Q/D's ( oh dear ) - in which case you can't -as they only seal/shut off the one side .

Thanks for the reply...........as it's not in front of me, is it clear which is the output and which the input on the pump/sender?.

its the black pipe - can't for the life of me remember, i'd have to look to jog the memory - Taken a tank off twice today as well -

don't notice when your on auto pilot
