Fuel gauge all over the place after trip back from Spain can't be trusted now, how easy is it to take the tank off and have a look to see what's going on, and any suggestions as to what to look for, also not seen the low fuel light for a while and it is low on fuel.So many questions, apart from that a great trip to the last GP of the year even after the Moto-events disaster.

Before you start taking the tank off to get at the sender etc. I'd take off the side panel, pull the electrics multi-plug apart and see if the connections have all gone a fetching shade of green.

Clean them up then use some electrical contact spray.

Shout up if that doesn't have any effect.
