Fully Fledged Member

Ok, so I am far from being the first this month, but like a certain other member who shall remain nameless I am "tickled" pink with my new ( got it on Thursday ) purchase.

After picking up my 10mth old GS from a very nice bloke who also subcribes, ( thanks Phill ), I am now proud to say I am a fully fledged member of the GSers and not just a bystander.

I would have loved to have bought a new Adventure but the funds wouldn't quite stretch to it. However I am more than chuffed with my black beauty with black engine/transmission, ABS , grips , h'guards, luggage and a few little touratech bits. I know its a bit of a clinical statement but what a bloody brilliant product BMW have made. Only one mate has ridden it so far and he just said "wow!".

It'll be good to meet up with some of you guys soon (cecil the cat - i'd love to see your Adventure when you get it , i'm down the road near Northwood).

Meanwhile Bracken awaits. Hope to see you soon!!!!!

Yes it would be good to meet up for a ride out sometime soon. I'm hoping to get to the Battleaxe meet tonite assuming my flight from Germany is not delayed, why not come down and show us all your new toy

I am just down the road, near Eastcote, if you see a Graphite 1150 flying around, give me a wave.
If you want to meet up for a chat I get in the Case is Altered on Wednesday evenings with a few other bike minded folks. but dont expect to see many bikes out side at this time of year.
A 1.5 mile run to the pub just dont do them any good.
