Furygan Vulcain

I bought a Furygan Vulcain jacket from Sportsbikeshop 15 months ago and the main zip has just failed. Of course it's out of warranty but Sportsbikeshop have had it repaired with a new zip FOC, including paying for the postage both ways. Great customer service, as usual, from Sportsbikeshop.

Is it possible it shrank over winter ?

I have to agree Sportsbikeshop are brilliant. Always my first port of call when buying something bike related. Last summer I wanted a new jacket and they were happy to keep sending me different sizes and managing several returns.
