Fuse box and block connectors

Hi folks

Just trying to find out on my fuse box on the centre
row of fuses the near side one is missing ive checked for power
feed? any ideas.

Also above the rear mud guard on the offside there are two
block connector a small one with 2 pin and the other is a bit
bigger with a rubber bung in it.

Please help me its doing my nut in.

Block connector above mudguard is for the US spec. which has a 'gasoline fume recycling canister' filled with carbon. Why it needs power, I'm not sure.
